Based on many years of troubleshooting and fault finding experience, RF Solutions has developed a high level of in-depth technical knowledge in servicing and repairing a wide range of amateur radio equipment.

As part of our authorised dealership agreements, RF Solutions is authorised to provide in-house warranty service and repair on all products that we sell in Australia/New Zealand.

We also offer after-sales service and repair once the warranty period has expired.

Additionally, RF Solutions services and repairs all major brands of HF solid state amplifiers. We provide repair services ranging from simple maintenance tasks to major overhauls. We DO NOT repair CB equipment.

Service Policies for Non-Warranty Repairs

• You must obtain authorisation from RF Solutions prior to shipping any products to us.
• You must provide RF Solutions with a written, detailed description of your solid state amplifier, the issues you have with the amplifier, and the services sought.
• Our work is warranted for a period of 90 days. This warranty applies only to the repair work completed by us. No other warranty is assumed or implied. Our guarantee does not include damage caused during shipment or other subsequent actions outside our control.
• Payment is accepted via electronic bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
